Core Motion Control Technology
Utilizes a servo motor and ball screw drive system, achieving a repeatability of 0.005 mm. Strict synchronization between the spindle and the wire-traversing axis is maintained via electronic gearing or electronic cam functions, effectively preventing issues such as wire overlapping or skipping.
Tension Control Technology
Features active tension regulation via magnetic particle brakes or servo motors, combined with real-time sensor feedback. Tension is dynamically adjusted using PID algorithms to accommodate a wide wire gauge range (0.02–5.0 mm) and prevent the breakage of fine enameled wire.
Vision Guidance and Inspection Technology
Integrates a CCD vision system with a positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm, enabling real-time correction of winding positioning. It performs in-line measurements of winding resistance and inter-layer withstand voltage, while automatically detecting winding defects.
