To set the parameters for the motor winding machine, turn the red button on the control console in the direction indicated by the arrow; the machine will automatically power on and reset. At this point, configure the machine's parameters according to the production schedule. Press the "Set" button on the microcomputer controller and input parameters such as the program number, number of turns, wire diameter, winding turns, pre-stop turns, starting point, winding width, slot width, stop angle, and winding direction, following the on-screen prompts. Use the controls on the left side of the microcomputer controller to adjust the operating mode, setting it sequentially to "Rear-end Positioning," "Standard Wire Laying," and "Automatic Reset." Press the "Standby" key; the machine will automatically reset and enter automatic winding mode.

Run the motor winding machine without a load first to check for any abnormalities. Do not begin winding immediately after setting the parameters; you must verify that the settings fully meet requirements first. Operate the machine while idle and carefully check the wire traversing, winding count, reset method, and parking position to ensure they comply with specifications. If any issues arise, repeat and readjust the steps above until all requirements are met.

If everything is normal, proceed to load the wire. Place the qualified enameled wire spool steadily on the stand and cover it with the plastic sleeve and barrel lid. Feed the wire through the ceramic tube opening on the lid, then thread it sequentially through the tube opening, felt pad, wire guide wheel, and movable wire guide frame, finally leading it out from the copper wheel on the movable frame.

Start the machine. Mount the terminal spool onto the machine's dedicated positioning jig and wind the enameled wire onto the terminal. Check that the wire is properly engaged with the guide wheel. If everything is correct, press the red "Start" button to begin winding. If any abnormality occurs during the process, immediately press the "Stop" button to halt the machine and inspect it; once the fault is resolved, press "Start" to resume winding.

Before starting the motor winding machine, carefully check the workbench for debris, ensure no screws are loose, verify that the power switch is properly connected, and confirm that the enameled wire specifications meet requirements. Only operate the machine once all checks are satisfactory.
